Refund Period: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Initiating a Refund: Contact us at shawndripstore@gmail.com within the refund period, providing your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing: Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. Please follow the refund process and place a new order if needed.
